AntiSMI (news.antismi.media) is a personal project. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record.

• Telegram user ID and display name (for authentication)
• Subscription preferences and settings (categories, timezone, news count)
• Usage data: digest views and search queries (anonymized, for service improvement)

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide and personalize the news service: deliver digests matching your preferences, maintain your session, and improve service quality. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

4. Third-Party Services

Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers. Paddle's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data. We use Google Gemini API for news analysis — only news content is sent, never personal data.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your account data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon request, we will delete your account and all associated settings within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use localStorage to store your session token for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
