1. Service Description

AntiSMI (news.antismi.media) is a news aggregation and analysis service that provides automated news digests, historical archive access, semantic search, and trend analytics.

2. Subscription Plans

The service offers free and premium tiers. Free users have access to basic news digests with limited categories and history. Premium subscribers get access to all news categories, full historical archive, semantic search, and trend analytics.

Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Refund requests are handled according to Paddle's refund policy.

4. User Accounts

Authentication is provided via Telegram. By using the service, you agree to link your Telegram account for authentication purposes. We store your Telegram user ID and display name.

5. Content

News content is aggregated from public Telegram channels and processed using AI (large language models) for summarization and analysis. AntiSMI does not produce original news content and is not responsible for the accuracy of source materials.

6. Privacy

We collect minimal personal data: Telegram user ID, display name, and subscription preferences. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. Payment data is handled entirely by Paddle.com and is not stored on our servers.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. AntiSMI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
