1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through the customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
